Our Instructional Designers can also work with clients to design and develop training materials that can be delivered by client personnel.
Clients will receive all required course presentation materials and exercises, as well as a comprehensive Facilitators guide. This guide will provide the required information, examples and other material to support the delivery of the training programme.
Our approach involves firstly determining the current state and needs of the learner, then defining the end goal of instruction, and finally creating course structure and content to achieve these goals.
Our work is supported by pedagogically tested models of learning. One such model is the ADDIE model with five phases: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
We incorporate suitable measures of learning transfer so that clients can measure the effectiveness of the training intervention.
